The purpose of this amendment is to provide answer to questions and modify the NOFO as specified herein: On page 1, Cover Page, DELETE “the applicant(s)” and replace with “the applicant”. On page 3 DELETE “Expanded entry points, including pediatric ART clinics and PMTCT, may be considered at a later time with USAID concurrence, according to PEPFAR/DR priorities.” and replace with “Expanded entry points, including pediatric ART clinics and PMTCT, may be considered if applicants feel it contributes to successful implementation of the award.” On page 4, SECTION A: PROGRAM DESCRIPTION, 1.4 Geographic Scope, after the first paragraph ADD the following: “Note: Applicants should propose strong linkages with the activities described under NOFO 72051722RFA00001: USAID Enhanced HIV Services for Epidemic Control. Please note that this OVC Activity will not necessarily support all sites covered under the “USAID Enhanced HIV Services for Epidemic Control” activity, so the model provided across PEPFAR-supported sites may vary. In shared geographic areas (i.e., where both OVC and Care and Treatment implement activities), this OVC activity should take the lead role in providing individual/family community services and linkages across supported areas with strong collaboration and coordination with care and treatment partners to optimize efficiencies, effectiveness, and overall quality of care. For instance, if an HIV+ OVC beneficiary on ART needs adherence counseling, that service would be provided at household level by the OVC community worker that serves this household. Any additional adherence support would be provided by the ART clinic supported by the PEPFAR C&T implementing partner. Non-clinical HIV support services provided at community level (e.gNutrition support) to HIV+ OVC beneficiaries on ART should be provided by the OVC Activity.” On page 25, SECTION C: ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION, DELETE “Only local organizations as defined below are eligible for award”. On page 2, Table of Content, INCLUDE “Annex V: Country Operational Plan Strategic Direction Summary” attached to Amendment 000001 of this NOFO. On page 2, Table of Content, INCLUDE “ANNEX VI: COP 22 TARGETS FOR FY23” On page 2, Table of Content, INCLUDE “Annex VII: Summary Budget Template” attached to Amendment 000001 of this NOFO. On Page 33, DELETE “See Section H, Annex 1 for Summary Budget Template” and REPLACE WITH “See Annex VII: Summary Budget Template” On page 36, DELETE “DUNS” and REPLACE WITH “UEI” On page 37, DELETE “Dun and Bradstreet and” and REPLACE WITH “UEI SAM Requirements” On page 47, SECTION F: FEDERAL AWARD ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION, Final Report:, DELETE “90” and REPLACE WITH “120”. All other terms and conditions of the USAID Building Resilience Amongst Affected Families with HIV activity NOFO remain unchanged.
