NOTE: This is a Notice of Intent. An announcement is not related to this notice. We are not accepting applications at this time. The purpose of the project is to contribute to the increased effectiveness of the local labor courts established by the 2019 labor law reforms in Mexico to adjudicate individual and collective labor cases. USDOL ILAB has identified the following outcomes as necessary to achieve the project objective: Increased capacity of local labor courts to adjudicate labor law cases equitably and efficiently. Strengthened networks among local labor courts, other labor institutions (such as conciliation centers and state departments of labor), and the public lead to an equitable and efficient local labor court system.
