The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to form community-based groups to promote activities that involve a variety of stakeholders, including youth, senior citizens, businesses, parents, media, law enforcement, schools, faith organizations, health providers, social service agencies, and government, with the purpose of conducting actions led by the new organization, to discourage the use, sale, or trafficking of addictive substances.
