Project Engineer

THE COMPANY An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer (mechanical) to join this expanding company operating within the recycling, waste management and alternate energy recovery sector with projects in excess of $100m. THE JOB Working within the engineering group, you will develop and engineer solutions for major projects in the process/gasification industry. You will develop process flows, plant layouts and carry out plant equipment specification and selection including piping specification and integration of third party equipment packages. In addition you will liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure that deadlines are maintained. THE CANDIDATE Ideally qualified to degree standard in mechanical engineering, you will have extensive project experience within the process plant industry such as chemical,steel,bulk minerals,gasification or waste to energy and have worked on projects from concept to completion. THE PACKAGE Salary from £50k to £70k depending on experience Pension scheme Health and Dental Plan 33 days holiday Excellent career prospects with a growing company Job Type: Permanent. Salary: £50000 - £80000/annum.
