Electrical Engineer Canary Wharf Salary - £50,334 + 3% Shift Allowance Nights Only Alice Rose is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join the maintenance team for one of East London largest developer. Our client is currently in the process of expanding their existing maintenance team and are in the market for an Electrical Engineer to work on a night shift. The fully qualified Electrical Engineer will be part of the of the shift team on site, carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across the retail sector of the estate. Working Hours: * Nights only Electrical Engineer Benefits: * £50,334 + 3% Shift Allowance * Private medical and dental insurance * Pension package * Overtime readily available * Training and a clear internal progression route * Company Incentives Electrical Engineer Duties: * PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance * Electrical Fault-Finding * Single & Three Phase Power * Emergency Lighting * Fire Alarms * BMS Operation * AHUs * FCUs * Generators * UPS Systems * VAV/VRFs Requirements: * City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualifications (i.e 236, 2330, 2365 etc) * Apprentice trained - desirable * Electrical Engineer background * Building Services Maintenance experience * Very Client facing * 17th/18th Edition * Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment Job Type: Permanent.
