Civils / Marine CAD Technician

£35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced CAD technician who would play a key role in the production of engineering design work, reporting and site work, in conjunction with engineers and other team members. This role gives the opportunity to work alongside a talented engineering team in delivering a wide variety of exciting projects. Although this role is based on primarily in their Civils / Marine sector, there will be opportunities to work on projects across the wider company will be available. They are looking for an individual who is ambitious, motivated, and keen to fully embrace the opportunities and benefits.

You would be expected to complete site inspection/survey work, technical and CAD drawings, assist project managers to deliver project work, attend meetings and represent the company, mentor/supervise the trainee/junior technicians.

They are looking for a candidate who holds a technical related qualification (not essential for the right candidate), to be experienced in AutoCAD and a Revit user within a similar industry. You would have the desire to contribute to high office standards, the ability to clearly communicate and interpret instructions and have a clear desire to contribute to company development. This role also requires the candidate to have a full and clean driving licence.
