Civil Site Project Manager

We’re seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with strong site and land development experience to lead projects from concept through construction. This role blends hands-on design, team mentorship, client interaction, and project management — ideal for someone ready to take ownership and help shape the next generation of engineers.

You’ll guide entry-level and mid-level designers while delivering high-quality site development projects including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, landscaping, and lighting design

• Oversee soil erosion and sediment control measures

• Manage zoning approvals and land development permitting processes

• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis

• Conduct field inspections and site evaluations

• Prepare technical reports and environmental impact documentation

• Mentor and train junior designers and analysts

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• 4+ years of experience in site and grading design

• Experience with zoning and site plan permitting

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively

• Civil 3D

• HydroCAD

• Strong technical writing skills
