The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to assess and quantify the environmental impacts of criminal organizations’ activities in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).Priority Region/Countries: Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Preference will be given to applicants who apply to work on all four sub-regions: Mexico, Central America1, Caribbean2, and South America. All assistance is coordinated and subject to INL approval in accordance with U.S. government policy. Applicants are encouraged to design project activities to encompass the largest number of countries practical but must include staff or activities based in Panama.
