Implement a capacity-building program between U.S. based HRSA providers and U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) supported clinical sites to further strengthen the PEPFAR Program through onsite support related to gap areas and on-going virtual technical assistance.This program will share HRSA-funded best practices and expertise to address identified gaps and barriers impeding HIV epidemic control. The approach includes site visits to selected country, accompanied by on-going virtual support. HRSA funded providers with expertise in key gap areas, quality improvement, psychosocial services and virtual distance-based learning to provide clinical and technical/quality improvement support to a Ministry of Health (MOH) led Quality Improvement Collaborative (QIC) focused on improving viral suppression (VLS), particularly among key populations.
