Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement: Amendment No. 2USAID/India invites all interested firms for an in-person Pre-Solicitation Conference tentatively to be held in New Delhi (Venue - TBD) on Thursday, October 26, 2023 , from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm India Standard Time. The purpose of this Pre Solicitation Conference is to assist USAID in incorporating new, innovative solutions into a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) or Request for Proposal (RFP) should USAID decide to issue one that will strengthen the health system for future challenges such as primary care and a strong foundation to manage health emergencies and infectious disease outbreaks, climate change considerations, and evolving burden of disease for the most vulnerable populations.Organizations/Firms may propose up to TWO people, identifying the order of priority for the two proposed individuals.HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE, NEW DELHI: Organization/firm interested in attending the Pre-Solicitation Conference in New Delhi must send: Name of Organization/Firm; Name of attendee(s) ; and, Type of work/services the organization/firm provides Please provide the above details no later than October 16, 2023, at 4:00 pm India Standard Time via email to indiarco@usaid.gov and Bhawna Chadha at bchadha@usaid.gov. Email Subject line is to include “Request to Attend Pre Solicitation Conference - October 26, 2023.” There is no registration fee for this event.
