Management, Species, Cook Inlet Beluga Whale Ice Conditions, Military Training Noise Impacts, and Acoustical Monitoring, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska - The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide details of the work to be performed to support the U.S. Air Force through a cooperative agreement (CA) between the Recipient, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in support of JBER’s marine ecology and marine mammal programs. The recipient agency shall provide a lead technician with demonstrated experience working on research vessels in upper Cook Inlet (preferentially Knik Arm).
