The purpose of this NOFO is to strengthen the infrastructure of clinics throughout the U.S. that provide sexual health services*. The NOFO will support clinics in scaling up provision of quality STI and HIV prevention services and also expand access to these services using innovative approaches.*Sexual health services cover broad preventive and treatment approaches related to sexual health including taking a sexual history and risk assessment; education and counseling; testing and treatment for HIV and other STIs; PrEP/nPEP for HIV prevention; contraception; condoms; and recommended vaccinations.
