  • Oversee coordination across disciplines (MEP, civil, architecture, CM) and phases (from schematic design to construction administration)

  • Collaborate with internal leaders and business units to pursue strategic project opportunities and grow market presence

  • Serve as a technical expert and client-facing leader, representing the firm with public and private stakeholders

  • Drive innovation in analysis, systems selection, sustainability, and constructability

  • Contribute to proposals, fee development, and project financial performance

🎯 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

  • PE license required; SE licensure or exam completion preferred

  • 15+ years of structural engineering experience with at least 5 in a leadership role

  • Strong technical background in steel, concrete, masonry, and hybrid systems

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, large-scale projects

  • Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes, permitting, and local agency coordination

  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, RAM, RISA, ETABS, and Bluebeam

  • A growth mindset — excited to shape strategy, develop people, and expand the firm’s reach in the Boston market

  • Be part of a firm ranked among the nation’s top A/E companies by Engineering News-Record

  • Join an integrated team combining engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction management services

  • Play a key leadership role in one of the firm’s priority growth markets

  • Access the resources of a national organization while building something meaningful at the local level
