Job Opportunity: Technical Director - Water Infrastructure Team
Our client is seeking to strengthen their Glasgow office with the addition of a Technical Director to their established Water Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients at both local and national levels.
- Actively participate in winning new projects through effective bid management, proposal development, and scope definition.
- Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.
- Ensure projects are well-resourced, profitable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered status with a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in design, project management, and bid delivery.
- Strong technical background in water and/or wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, and collection systems, with knowledge of UK design standards.
- Willingness to take on diverse project types and travel for site visits, including international locations if necessary.

- Competitive salary: £75,000 – £85,000.
