This opportunity is well suited to a Structural Engineer who wants to take on increasing technical responsibility while working on complex, high-profile building and infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team delivering thoughtful, code-compliant, and constructible structural solutions across public and private sector work.
In this role, you’ll support and lead the structural analysis and design of new and existing structures, contributing to projects from concept through construction. Your work will include steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation systems, with exposure to buildings, transportation-related structures, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. As your experience grows, you’ll take on greater ownership of design packages, coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and project managers who value technical rigor, mentorship, and long-term career development. This role offers a strong balance of hands-on design, professional growth, and exposure to meaningful projects that shape the built environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for new and existing structures

Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports

Design steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation systems

Coordinate with architects, civil, geotechnical, and MEP teams

Review shop drawings, RFIs, and construction submittals

Support condition assessments, inspections, and rehabilitation work as needed

Assist with project coordination, schedules, and deliverable management
What They’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

4–8 years of professional structural engineering experience

Working knowledge of U.S. design codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)

Experience with structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, or similar)

Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit

EIT required; PE license preferred or on track to obtain

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
