Own Structural BIM Production:
Create, manage, and refine detailed 3D Revit structural models for a wide range of building types, including foundations, steel framing, and concrete systems.

Turn Design into Buildable Documents:
Produce accurate construction documents—plans, sections, details, schedules—translating engineering intent into clear, coordinated deliverables.

Coordinate Across Disciplines:
Collaborate closely with architectural and MEP teams to resolve clashes, maintain alignment, and ensure model accuracy throughout project development.

Growth into Leadership (Senior Level):

• Develop and update Revit structural models with moderate supervision

• Incorporate redlines and design changes accurately

• Assist with clash detection and coordination efforts

• Support engineers with model updates and documentation

Senior-Level Responsibilities (5+ Years Experience):

• Lead complex structural modeling efforts with minimal oversight

• Oversee multi-discipline coordination and resolve advanced conflicts

• Perform quality control reviews of team deliverables

• Mentor junior technicians and support training initiatives

• Contribute to BIM standards development and process improvements

• Occasionally support site visits for field verification

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure)

• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Navisworks preferred

• Mid-Level: 2–4 years of structural drafting/BIM experience

• Senior-Level: 5+ years with complex project leadership exposure

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred for senior-level candidates

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
