Restoration Specialist

We’re looking for a Restoration Specialist at the Project Manager level to lead façade and parking garage restoration projects from concept through construction. This role blends hands-on site work with client engagement, project leadership, and the technical challenge of designing complex structural repairs.

What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of façade and garage restoration projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement & Proposal Development: Prepare and present project proposals tailored to façade and parking structure restoration needs.

• Condition Assessments: Conduct visual assessments and mechanical sounding of building façades and parking garages to evaluate their structural health.

• Technical Reporting: Document your findings in clear, detailed reports that help clients understand their structure’s condition and next steps.

• Design & Documentation: Develop repair drawings and specifications, and manage the bidding process with contractors.

• Construction Administration: Oversee the repair phase, including site visits at height, ensuring work aligns with your designs and quality standards.

• Structural Analysis: Design strengthening repairs for deteriorated components, such as steel framing or concrete members.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior team members and provide oversight on site visits, report development, and design support.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues during site investigations, including general condition surveys, structural element confirmation, and repair strategy reviews.

What You Bring

• Experience in building restoration, façade assessment, or parking garage repair

• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior staff

• Willingness to perform site work, including at height
