About you:
- Chartered (MIStructE or equivalent preferred)
- Experience on large-scale developments (e.g., hotels, resorts, multi-unit residences)
- Proven technical leadership and project delivery skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take the next step
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
The role:
- Lead and manage structural design on major international projects
- Collaborate with world-class architects, consultants, and clients
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Play a key role in project delivery and innovation
