The ZEW is looking to fill the following position in the Research Department "Corporate Taxation and Public Finance"
Doctoral Researcher (75%, f/m/d)
Start date flexible in the first half of 2025. Your main responsibilities at ZEW will be academic research and policy advice in the area of "Corporate Taxation and Public Finance" with a focus on fiscal policy in the context of European integration, including the political economy of fiscal decisions. You should have a strong interest in European institutions, innovative quantitative methods and the use of AI-based methods for empirical research.

About you:
- A master’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields, with good or excellent results
- Strong quantitative and writing skills, along with excellent teamwork abilities
- Fluency in both English and German
