National Organizations of State and Local Officials Cooperative Agreement: State Public Health Financing

Improve state public safety net benefit coverage. Provide a forum for discussion and collaboration to address priorities, emerging challenges, and payment reform. Create opportunities to include HRSA priorities in state health payment system reform.NOSLO: State Public Heath Financing cooperative agreement is to support innovative state-level Medicaid and other healthcare financing policy initiatives, models, and data strategies that improve access to quality health care for people who are medically and economically vulnerable, with a special emphasis on maternal health disparities, geographically isolated people in rural areas, health care needs of people leaving the criminal justice system, people with unmet behavioral health needs, including youth, and other vulnerable people
