Senior Structural Engineer

As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who can take the lead on projects, mentor junior staff, and become a key part of the firm’s long-term vision.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading structural design for a range of building projects including high-end residential, commercial, and institutional work

• Managing projects from concept through construction—interfacing directly with architects, contractors, and owners

• Overseeing junior engineers and reviewing design documentation

• Contributing to business development efforts and helping to shape internal processes as the firm grows

🔍 What They're Looking For:

• 8+ years of structural engineering experience in building design (NYC project experience preferred)

• PE license required; SE license or interest in pursuing one is a bonus

• Strong technical skills and fluency in structural software (e.g., RAM, ETABS, Revit)

• Someone who enjoys both the design and client-facing sides of engineering
