The purpose of the PCTE-Language and Disability Access (PCTE-LDA) program is to train primary care residents to providelanguage assistance services to individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) or to train primary care residents to provide care foradolescents and young adults with physical disabilities and/orintellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) transitioning from pediatric to adult care.
