Associate Professor/Lecturer in Macroeconomics at the Faculty of Economics and Finance of EUBA

Qualification prerequisites: 

• completed 3rd level of university education in the relevant field of study,
• teachning experience of at least 4 years,
• research experience (at least 3 research projects),
• publication experience (at least 5 scientific papers in WoS indexed journals),
• fluent in English, the ability to teach in Slovak is an advantage.

The requirements take into account the required level of criteria for obtaining the title of Associate Professor within the habilitation procedures at the EUBA and are contained in Annex no. 5 of the Internal Regulation of the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA) number B/2/2022 Criteria for obtaining the title of associate professor and criteria for obtaining the title of professor at the University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA):

Salary conditions: in accordance with Act no. 553/2003 Coll. on the remuneration of certain employees for the performance of work in the public interest and on the amendment of certain laws as amended and according to Annex no. 6 to Government Regulation No. 296/2022 Coll. and depending on the number of years of credited experience. Salary range 1 500 – 2 000 Eur.

TO SUBMIT:

• personal research intention for the next 5 years

• FORM - Fulfilling the Approved Criteria for Habilitation Procedures at the University of Economics in Bratislava – Associate Professor

• documents on education, academic degrees, scientific degrees and scientific ranks; (Slovak or English original of documents or translation into English language, official verification of documents is required later)   

• an overview of the course of employment and previous work experience (to include into the CV)

• an overview of previous pedagogical activities (to include into the CV)

• an affidavit on other employment relationships with the resident universities, or operating in the territory of the Slovak Republic, as well as abroad, closed for the performance of the work of a university teacher, or of a researcher with information on weekly working time for the purpose of proving the fact according to § 74 par. 5 of the Act on Higher Education

• an affidavit of integrity

• FORM - an affidavit on legal capacity
