The Call for the University of Pavia & University of Milan Doctoral Programme in Economics is open.

The Doctorate in Economics at the University of Pavia and the University of Milan is a four-year, fully funded Study and Research programme, designed for students aiming for academic or professional careers in economics.

- Extra funding for research visits abroad
- Access to spaces, software (Stata, Matlab,…), and a massive and fast server (Indaco).
Both Departments at the University of Pavia and the University of Milan have been awarded the Department of Excellence recognition by the Italian Ministry for the outstanding quality of their research.
Key Dates:
• Application deadline: June 30, 2025
• Interviews (online): July 21, 2025
• Results announced: shortly after the interviews, by July 22
• Programme starts: October 1, 2025
