Serve as a technical lead on complex commercial, institutional, federal, and industrial building projects—spanning steel, concrete, masonry, and renovation work.

Act as a trusted advisor to owners, architects, and contractors, providing consulting services while strengthening long-term client relationships.
Drive Technical Excellence:
Oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing, ensuring quality, constructability, and compliance across all project phases.

Lead and mentor engineers, manage project teams for budget and schedule, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing office culture.
Shape Business Growth:
Partner with leadership on proposal development, fee strategies, and qualification-based pursuits while supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
Collaborate Across Disciplines:
Work alongside civil, MEP, fire protection, and construction management professionals on fully integrated project teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:

B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

10–15 years of structural engineering experience

Active PE or SE license
-
Strong design experience with steel, concrete, and masonry systems

Project management experience with budget and schedule responsibility
-
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD, ENERCALC, etc.)

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Experience working with local AHJs and industry organizations is a plus
