CHARTERED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Structural Engineer to a leading engineering consultancy in Oxford. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong leadership skills who is passionate about mentoring others and helping a talented team continue to grow and succeed.

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of projects across the commercial, retail, education, and residential sectors. You will lead on structural analysis and design, review and check designs, undertake site visits, and help coordinate project resources to ensure successful delivery.

The role also offers the chance to contribute to business development, support client relationships, and assist with project management activities including fee proposals, cost management and invoicing. A key part of the position will involve mentoring and developing junior engineers and technicians, helping to build the next generation of talent within the team.

You will be degree-qualified and hold Chartered status with ICE or IStructE, with 5 or more years’ post chartered experience.
