About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to join a growing Miami office in a key Project Manager / Associate-level role. This position combines hands-on structural design, project management, and office leadership, offering a clear pathway toward long-term firm leadership.
In this role, you will guide the structural design process, manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and help drive the continued growth of the Miami office. You’ll work closely with firm leadership while serving as a leader and mentor within the local team.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Technical Leadership

Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing for a wide range of building types and materials

Prepare and oversee construction documents within a BIM environment

Direct and mentor Project Design Engineers and technical staff

Maintain project quality, scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects
Client & Team Coordination

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate design efforts with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams

Ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines and offices
Office & Business Leadership

Lead project management activities for Miami-based projects and clients

Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship growth in the region

Support the strategic vision and long-term growth of the Miami office

Collaborate with firm leadership on broader initiatives and operational planning
Qualifications
-
BS or MS in Civil or Architectural Engineering
-
5–10+ years of structural engineering experience

Licensed PE (Civil – Structural) or SE
-
Strong background in building design and project delivery
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a consulting environment

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
