The purpose of the Pediatric Mental Health Care Access (PMHCA) Program is to promote behavioral health integration into pediatric primary care through the use of telehealth technologies to provide teleconsultation, referrals, care coordination support services, training and technical assistance to enable pediatric and other providers to conduct early identification, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral for children and adolescents with behavioral health conditions.
