- Portfolio Support• Serve as customer-facing technical expert, demonstrating intimate knowledge of products and familiarity with priorities and challenges in the field• Provide field and remote support to our sales organization by providing customers with technical guidance (pre & post sales activities)• Deliver scientific seminars and host round table discussions• Develop and lead hands on workshops, demos, and trainingsBusiness Enablement• Provide market sensing mechanism, identifying new opportunities and highlighting gaps in current portfolio• Interface with R&D and product management teams to serve as liaison between customers and business• Attend conferences and events to grow technical knowledge and capture developing trends• Interact with marketing teams to drive new initiatives and develop customer-facing content• Interface with the global technical training teams and share best practices across organizationExperience:• Required: Master degree or above in Biology, Cell Biology, or related discipline.• Requires a minimum of 3 years experience working in immunotherapy field or other cell therapy field• Candidate will be proficient with CAR-T workflow and viral transfection• Experience working with closed system cell manufacturing platform highly desired.• Must possess strong understanding of customer challenges associated with transition to clinical workflow (scale up, regulatory requirements, GMP manufacturing, etc)Qualifications• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of an organization and customers.• Demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers as well the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.• Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player.• Must excel in customer-facing role and enjoy interfacing with cross functional teamsWorking Conditions:Works in an office and lab environment. May be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Candidate must be willing to travel up to 70% of time to support customers and sales specialists.
