🔧 Position: Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager
Ideal for licensed PEs with strong design and leadership backgrounds.

💰 Salary: $110,000–$180,000 (commensurate with experience)

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• PE license required (D.C., MD, or VA preferred)

• 7+ years of structural design experience across multiple building types

• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, ETABS)

• Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards

• Proven project management and client-facing communication skills
