Contract Manager - Access/CCTV
Job Summary
Managing a team for reactive repairs, PPM programmes, installations and special projects for contracts also liaise with clients, preparing estimates/quotes.
Responsibilities
* PPM compliance programme
* Management and monitoring
* Planning and co-ordination
* Performance and current status reports
* High level of health and safety and legal compliance
* Financial budgets
Experience and qualifications
* Have Asbestos Awareness training
* Manage Health & Safety risks
* Have experience within the Access Control / CCTV sector
* Be experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Have HNC/BSC in Construction Management qualification
* Be able to produce estimates for schedule of rates contracts
* Have quantity surveying experience
* Good communication skills
* Leadership skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
